As the situation around novel coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, we are doing everything we can to ensure the safety of our employees, while ensuring our customers, suppliers, and vendors experience minimal to no disruption in the service received from Restaurant Products Guild.
Restaurant Products Guild is taking steps to prevent the spread within our organization based on the CDC Guidelines. We are current following the California Stat At Home order, which will last until May 15th, 2020.
As of this time, our overseas manufacturing facilities in Vietnam and China are both in production. We are confident that we will continue delivering our products and service with the same great quality for the foreseeable future.
As we navigate through these uncertain times, being aligned on expectations and changing requirements will help ensure that we at Restaurant Products Guild can be as responsive as possible during these challenging times.
We are closely monitoring the situation daily and will adapt our approaches and operations as appropriate. We will continue to provide you with communication and inform you if our capability to serve you at current levels is impacted in any way.
Our Sales Executives are currently working remotely to ensure the safety our people, but we are still able to receive and answer any questions you may have regarding your orders or your upcoming hospitality projects.
